1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using www.bigropefluffyfrenchie.com (the "Site"), operated by Craig T. Schilling and Efrain Carmona ("Big Rope Fluffy Frenchie", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, please do not use this Site.
2. Live Animal Sales & Breeder Disclosures
All puppies offered on this Site are live animals bred by Big Rope Fluffy Frenchie in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada.
We reserve the right to decline any application or refund a deposit if we determine that a home environment is not suitable for one of our puppies.
All puppy sales are subject to a separate written Puppy Placement Agreement & Health Guarantee, which governs the specific legal terms of transfer, veterinary requirements, deposit rules, and health protections.
3. Website Content & Accuracy
We strive to ensure all information on the Site—including puppy profile details, color descriptions, parent DNA information, and pricing—is accurate and up to date.
Photos and videos of puppies represent the specific animal listed. As puppies mature rapidly, updated photos and videos are provided to reserved buyers upon request.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue puppy listings at any time without prior notice.
4. Deposits, Payments & Refunds
All puppy reservations require a deposit, the terms of which are governed by our Deposit & Refund Policy.
Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Big Rope Fluffy Frenchie. Deposits are transferable to future litters within 24 months.
Full payment must be cleared prior to puppy departure via authorized flight nanny or pickup in Whitehorse, YT.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, photographs, logos, brand names, videos, graphics, and layout, is the exclusive property of Big Rope Fluffy Frenchie and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our photos or media on third-party puppy listing sites, social media, or classifieds is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Big Rope Fluffy Frenchie shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this website. Responsibility regarding puppy health, care, and ownership transfer is strictly governed by our written Puppy Sales Contract.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Yukon Territory and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
